LoadPilot AI is operated by Ezsentials LLC, Fort Worth, Texas. This policy covers information submitted through loadpilothq.com during the Dallas–Fort Worth private beta.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the beta signup form:
- Name and email address — required, so we can contact you about the beta.
- Phone number — optional. Provided only if you want to be reached by text.
- Business ZIP code — required, so we can confirm you are in the DFW service area.
- Business type and monthly delivery volume, if you sign up as a business.
- Truck size and liftgate availability, if you sign up as a carrier.
We do not collect payment information, government identification, or insurance documents through this website. Carrier onboarding documents are collected separately, after you are accepted into the beta.
How we use it
Your information is used to contact you about the LoadPilot beta, to assess fit for the founding member program, and to gather feedback on the product. That is all.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Text messages
If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us about the LoadPilot beta. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by emailing us. Providing a phone number is optional and is not a condition of joining the beta.
Service providers
Form submissions may be processed by third-party hosting and form-handling services acting on our behalf. These providers may store your submission in order to deliver it to us. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain beta signup information for as long as the beta program is active and you remain interested. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, and you can withdraw from beta communications entirely. Email hello@loadpilothq.com and we will handle it.
Children
LoadPilot is a business-to-business service and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be communicated by email to affected members.
